Meghan Pasqua

Meghan is a partner in the firm. Her legal practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation, family law, and probate work.

In her practice, Meghan values the opportunity to guide her clients through difficult times in their lives. Meghan prioritizes her clients' needs while working hard to advocate for their desired outcome. Meghan also prides herself on effective communication with her clients throughout the lifespan of their cases, ensuring that they are always informed and reassured.

Meghan graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, Meghan was a member of the Moot Court Competition Team, for which she served on the executive board, won Best Overall Advocate in her school’s summer intrastate competition, and achieved Second Best Overall Brief at the Albany School of Law National Family Law Moot Court Competition.

Meghan also served on the executive board of the Georgia State Family Law Society and was a graduate assistant for the College of Law’s Human Resources Department. During her last year of law school, Meghan participated in the Mediation Clinic, where she mediated landlord-tenant disputes for Fulton County Dispossessory Court. Meghan also received a CALI Award for her performance in Georgia Appellate Practice & Procedure.

Meghan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Conasauga Bar Association. Meghan is also certified as a Registered Neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution to mediate general civil disputes.

Meghan was born and raised in Dalton, where she now lives with her husband, Darryn, and their rescue dog, Milo. Meghan is a member of the Rotary Club of Dalton and is also a proud alumnus of Christian Heritage School.
