Bryan L. Rayburn is a partner in the firm (2019), and focuses his practice on domestic relations and wrongful death litigation, DUI criminal defense, and estate planning. 

Bryan is a 2014 magna cum laude graduate of John Marshall Law School, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Mississippi.  During law school, Bryan held an 18-month internship with the Conasauga Circuit’s District Attorney’s Office where he gained extensive litigation experience.  In addition, Bryan was an academic research assistant in the areas of criminal law and tort law, and he received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Wills, Trusts and Estates.  Bryan is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Dalton-Whitfield.

Bryan, a native of Chattanooga, joined the firm (2016) after having practiced as an associate attorney at Morris & Dean (2014-2015), and as an Assistant District Attorney for Whitfield County (2015-2016).  In addition to his private practice, Bryan serves as the Solicitor for the City of Tunnel Hill, prosecuting traffic and misdemeanor cases.  Since 2019, Bryan has served as a Constitutional Law Adjunct teacher at Christian Heritage School.

Bryan has extensive trial court experience in both Superior and Juvenile Courts.  Bryan serves his clients aggressively to achieve results.  Bryan has obtained millions of dollars for his clients in personal injury cases, including a confidential multimillion-dollar settlement in a wrongful death action.  In 2020, Bryan tactfully litigated a multimillion-dollar divorce action, acquiring more than $11 million for his client.  Bryan takes pride in working hard, working smart, and recognizing priorities to achieve the best results for his clients. 

Bryan is an avid Atlanta Braves fan and golfer.  Bryan and his family reside in Dalton.
